Step 1. Install MyLiveChat Module

To display LiveChat button on PrestaShop, request the Live Chat Module first. Then open your Prestashop administration panel, go to Modules and Services. Upload the Live Chat Module file.

a . Choose MyLiveChat module and upload it.

b . Install module by clicking install button.

Step 2. Setup MyLiveChat Module

a . Click on the Configure button of MyLiveChat module to open the configure panel.

b. Set your chat account id for the MyLiveChat ID field and save the setting.

PrestaShop is fully integrated with MyLiveChat so no further coding or setup is required.  Manage your live chat as usual with MyLiveChat admin portal.
