Dashboard -> Billing -> Change plan. The new plan is prorated for the rest of the current billing period.

Dashboard -> Billing -> Cancel subscription. We don't hide the button — one click, then a confirmation step.
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account drops to the Free tier (1 agent, basic features). Your chat history is preserved, not deleted.
Free forever
You can stay on Free indefinitely. The launcher and AI keep working — just with the Free tier's included quotas.
